Air Chief Marshal Dr. Nopporn Chandawanich, Chairman of The Board, Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited (center) together with Mr. Thepparat Theppitak, President, Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO Group") (second from right) and Ms. Choosri Kietkajornkul, Chief Executive Officer, RATCH Group Public Company Limited (second from left) presided over the MOU signing ceremony on operation and maintenance service of 31.2MW REN Korat Energy Cogeneration Power Plant between REN Korat Energy Co., Ltd. and EGCO Engineering & Service Co., Ltd., a EGCO Group's subsidiary. When the twelve-year contract will start from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2035 and REN Korat Power Plant Project is scheduled to commence the commercial operation in January 2024. The electric power will be sold to industrial customers in the Nava Nakorn Industrial Zone in Nakhonratchasima province.

Besides, REN Korat Energy Power Plant is an independent power supply power plant: IPS operated by REN Korat Energy Co., Ltd. (REN), a joint venture company owned 40% by RATCH Group Public Company Limited, 35% by Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited and 25% by PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd.
